Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the development of an AI-first coding platform.
  • Create systems where AI agents collaborate with developers in real-time.
  • Construct and deploy agentic systems capable of planning tasks, writing code, running tests, and deploying applications.
  • Integrate LLMs, particularly Claude, into production workflows.
  • Design tool-use and agent orchestration layers.
  • Implement strategies for long-context management and multi-step reasoning loops.
  • Define architecture for scalable, distributed AI systems on AWS.
  • Assess when to utilize .NET or alternative ecosystems based on each challenge's requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transition architecture into production.

  • Extensive experience as a Software Architect or Staff+ Engineer.
  • Proven track record in building or designing AI/agentic systems.
  • Profound understanding of LLM integrations, function calling/tool-use patterns, agent orchestration, and reasoning loops.
  • Practical experience with AWS and complex cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and scalable platform design.
  • Proficiency with working across different technology stacks, primarily in .NET, while remaining receptive to other ecosystems.
  • Ability to make high-impact architectural decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the capability to influence technical direction.
  • English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).
