About the team

The team designs, develops, maintains, and enhances software for various ventures projects closely linked to the core business and rapidly executed with a small team. Responsibilities include contributing to the design of scalable applications, covering both frontend UI and backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure and scalable backend systems to effectively serve global users
• Implement high-quality coding standards to ensure readable, stable, and maintainable systems
• Collaborate with team members, engage in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project retrospectives
• Analyze requirements strategically and solve complex problems across the stack
• Engage in technical research to suggest pragmatic improvements to the tech stack for long-term engineering projects
• Adhere to and enhance the development process continuously

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Financial Technology, Information Technology, or related fields
• Passion for collaborating with a talented team to build outstanding products that address real-world financial challenges
• Enthusiasm for open source community involvement and knowledge sharing
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, fast-learning aptitude, and a proactive approach
• Willingness to welcome better ideas, seek improvement, and embrace challenges and opportunities
