What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams to ideate and engineer blockchain modules.
• Playing a proactive role in conceptualizing and engineering highly scalable blockchain modules tailored to our growth requirements.
• Crafting efficient, clean, and maintainable codes that are rigorously tested under test-driven development for utmost coverage from code submissions to release.
• Engaging with different codebases (Rust/C++/JS) to contribute across diverse layers and comprehend underlying mechanisms.
• Designing performant low-level blockchain modules such as peer networking, ledger indexes, consensus protocols, and wallet systems.

What You'll Require:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic tech-driven startup or relevant role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript with expertise in Web, Node, or Mobile technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to assume full ownership, operate independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and asynchronous team setting.
• A collaborative and resourceful demeanor with exceptional communication skills, capable of making bold decisions while remaining empathetic and respectful.
• Eagerness to embrace emerging blockchain technologies and stay abreast of bleeding-edge developments.
• In-depth technical understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptography, BIPs, DeFi, UTXO, EVM, or Nakamoto Consensus is highly desirable.
