As an intern on our Coin Integration Team, you will have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in blockchain integration. The Role:
- Assist in Cross-Team Blockchain Integration: Learn how various blockchain protocols are integrated into the Ledger ecosystem and contribute to developing new features or enhancements.
- Support Connectivity Solutions: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless interactions between Ledger products and the broader ecosystem. Contribute to various integrations and enhancements.
- Learn JavaScript & Functional Programming: Enhance your skills in the JavaScript ecosystem and gain exposure to functional programming principles to create scalable code.
- Collaborate with Experienced Engineers: Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Embrace an Agile Mindset: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to gain hands-on experience in agile workflows and CI/CD processes.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for Technology: A keen interest in coding, problem-solving, and innovating to enhance blockchain integrations and connectivity features.
- Basic JavaScript Knowledge: Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, and some experience with Node.js or React.
- Willingness to Learn Blockchain: Interest in understanding blockchain fundamentals and Web3 technologies.
- Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity About Functional Programming: Openness to exploring functional programming and modern design patterns.
- Agile Curiosity: Basic awareness of agile methodologies and a desire to actively participate in a collaborative workflow.
