Your Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in the Web3 hub at Circle, pioneering as part of the regional business team. Your key tasks will involve:
- Collaborating with prominent companies in the region to design and implement effective Web3 client solutions.
- Guiding clients through the technical landscape to optimize their utilization of Circle's offerings, pre- and post-sale.
- Facilitating design thinking sessions to aid clients in discovering new value propositions in the Web3 era.
- Creating tailored demonstrations, informative diagrams, and strategic plans that showcase Circle's technology in Web3.
- Contributing insightful input to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the evolution of Web3.
- Establishing enduring partnerships with leading clients and partners to enhance their success with Circle’s innovative products.
Your Focus Areas:
- Partnering closely with Circle’s business development team, overseeing the technical and solution dimensions of client interactions in Japan and East Asia.
- Presenting Circle's product spectrum to prospects, ensuring a clear understanding of how our solutions meet their requirements.
- Leading technical discovery sessions to capture and address client needs effectively.
- Designing solutions and collaborating across departments to mitigate potential product limitations for enhanced client outcomes.
- Engaging with the product and engineering teams to prioritize and address product enhancements.
- Overseeing technical aspects post-sale in partnership with Circle’s client success team.
- Providing timely market feedback to ensure informed product and engineering decisions.
- Establishing an internal repository of knowledge on existing and upcoming products.
- Representing the solutions engineering team at key industry events to uphold the strong reputation of Circle.
Essential Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in roles like Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in simplifying intricate concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
- Skilled problem solver with a balance of logic and creativity.
- Strong client-centric approach with proven collaboration across business, client success, and tech teams.
- Track record of designing and securing technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Proficient in API testing, database querying, and technical flow mapping.
- Successful collaboration with developers on SaaS product integration.
- Leadership capabilities with potential previous team management experience.
- Curiosity and interest in blockchain solutions, ideally with exposure to Fintech.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on relationship-building.
- Willingness to engage in work-related travel (25% requirement).
- Native Japanese speaker with English proficiency.
