Key Responsibilities
- Engage in discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to grasp processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Develop AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications, providing clear build specifications to engineers.
- Conduct feasibility, risk, and value evaluations for each prototype and proof of concept prior to executive presentation.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data-governance, privacy, and responsible-AI requirements, including human-review steps and production approval gates.
- Define test cases and acceptance criteria covering accuracy, reliability, security, usability, and cost and review solutions prior to production release.
- Establish implementation standards and manage the reusable-component library across solutions.
- Establish adoption targets during design phases and provide monthly reports on progress using client usage data.
- Lead user enablement through workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Manage the backlog transparently by prioritizing tasks bi-weekly in collaboration with the Product Owner and addressing change requests promptly.
- Stay informed on Microsoft and Salesforce AI roadmaps to offer guidance to clients on adoption strategies.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- At least 8 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, including a minimum of 4 years in a solution architecture, technical lead, or lead consultant capacity.
- Proficiency in Power Platform, encompassing Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, with expertise in permissions, environments, ALM, and governance at an enterprise scale.
- Extensive experience in designing and deploying agent/copilot solutions to production within the last 12 to 18 months using platforms like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Agentforce.
- Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, and at least one enterprise ERP.
- Familiarity with generative AI in an enterprise environment, including grounding, LLM limitations, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Track record in leading discovery efforts and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 or above, verified) for conducting weekly client sessions.
