Job Responsibilities:

- KPI Definition and Tracking: Utilize strong data analytic skills to derive valuable insights, define, monitor, and enhance KPIs for business performance.

- Cross BU Alignment: Foster strong partnerships and collaboration among various business units to ensure optimal results for spot trading and enhance user experience.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial/crypto industry with a focus on retail growth strategies.
- Proficiency in blockchain technology and familiarity with the broader Web3 landscape.
- Ability to engage with the community to gather feedback and drive enhancements for spot trading user growth.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with product and tech teams to deliver new features.
- Capability to work independently, tackle challenges, offer guidance, and think logically to provide data-driven solutions.
- Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and quick learning ability.
