Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trading operations and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure that project goals are achieved within stipulated timelines and budgets, exercising control and monitoring across all project life cycle phases
• Proficient in data analysis, capable of extracting key insights to define, track, and enhance KPIs
• Lead a high-performance daily operations team independently, enabling streamlined support for business expansion
• Demonstrate a risk-oriented approach to bolster operational governance and structure
• Propose viable solutions and strategies to address project challenges
• Collaborate with relevant business units to optimize outcomes for Spot trading and other units
• Evaluate business requirements and offer holistic solutions and implementation strategies
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance for career progression and assisting them in overcoming obstacles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead

Requirements

• Possess approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking, financial industry, or crypto field
• Sound comprehension of financial or blockchain trading operations, including order book, liquidity, and trading regulations
• Exhibit clear and logical thinking, utilizing data-driven analysis to deliver effective solutions
• Display critical thinking skills, effective communication, high motivation, and quick adaptability
• Capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders from various global regions
