Responsibilities
- Oversee daily trading operations and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure that project goals are achieved within stipulated timelines and budgets, exercising control and monitoring across all project life cycle phases
- Proficient in data analysis, capable of extracting key insights to define, track, and enhance KPIs
- Lead a high-performance daily operations team independently, enabling streamlined support for business expansion
- Demonstrate a risk-oriented approach to bolster operational governance and structure
- Propose viable solutions and strategies to address project challenges
- Collaborate with relevant business units to optimize outcomes for Spot trading and other units
- Evaluate business requirements and offer holistic solutions and implementation strategies
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance for career progression and assisting them in overcoming obstacles
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead
Requirements
- Possess approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking, financial industry, or crypto field
- Sound comprehension of financial or blockchain trading operations, including order book, liquidity, and trading regulations
- Exhibit clear and logical thinking, utilizing data-driven analysis to deliver effective solutions
- Display critical thinking skills, effective communication, high motivation, and quick adaptability
- Capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders from various global regions
