Primary Responsibilities
- Drive growth in paid traffic by identifying new media sources and paid advertising channels/agencies aligned with company objectives.
- Optimize budget allocation, creative content, placements, and target audiences to achieve Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)/Return on Investment (ROI) targets on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor channel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to efficiently manage budget and resources.
- Develop and implement campaigns for local markets, collaborating closely with market teams to promote region-specific initiatives.
- Attend conferences and events to remain updated on market trends, foster industry relationships, and explore potential business partnerships and collaborations.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in media buying from performance marketing agencies, particularly in the fintech or financial sectors.
- Proficient in setting up and optimizing app installation campaigns.
- Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin language skills considered a bonus.
- Extensive network within the Crypto & Blockchain space and access to resources like agencies, communities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), or influencers is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in paid advertising and performance marketing.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical mindset, and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with tools like Appsflyer, Amplitude, and Tableau is beneficial.
