About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Crypto Product Manager to join our expanding product team. As the Product Manager focusing on onshore market growth, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our crypto-related products and services to enhance user growth for our onshore markets. Your responsibilities will encompass creating strategies, roadmaps, and executing key product initiatives that offer exceptional user experiences based on data-driven insights. Collaborating with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, you will define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver outstanding user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of the crypto landscape, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a drive for innovation within the industry. What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and executing a clear product strategy for our crypto-related products and growth products, in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Crafting a user lifecycle strategy to drive product adoption and engagement.
Staying informed about industry trends, monitoring competitor offerings, and identifying new opportunities within the crypto space.
Leading focused experiments and continuous improvement efforts driven by data to achieve significant results in customer onboarding, retention, product adoption, advocacy, and expansion goals.
Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define precise product specifications.
Developing and optimizing product and customer journeys based on user personas and behavior segmentation insights to enhance user engagement and revenue.
Establishing key product metrics and a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for enhancement and make informed decisions about product improvements and optimizations.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Effectively communicating product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders across all levels.
What We Look For In You:
Demonstrated product management experience of at least 5 years, delivering successful products that meet and surpass business objectives.
Strong self-driven initiative, demonstrating a proactive attitude and commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
Track record of ground-up strategy delivery, iteration based on real-world learnings, and fostering innovation in product development.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging data to steer product enhancements and optimizations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, contributing to technical architecture development and ensuring alignment with the product vision.

Skills & Requirements:
2–5 years building LLM-powered agents (LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct, custom frameworks)
Strong Python skills + experience with tool calling, RAG, vector stores and evaluation

Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years in venture capital, startup operations, or technical role (engineering/product background strongly preferred)
