[Company] seeks a Sr. Protocol Engineer to pioneer decentralized finance on Solana. Responsibilities:

• Design Solana programs using Solana native and Anchor programming models.
• Develop code that is safe, secure, and high-performing.
• Produce public-facing test plans and documentation for the code created.
• Establish thorough testing infrastructure to validate code adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with the team and clients, leveraging internal knowledge and tools.
• Lead projects from inception to completion with full ownership.
• Proficiently troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and debug issues across the entire tech stack.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of system programming experience in Rust, C, or C++.
• Background in writing multiple Solana programs in Solana native programming or with the Anchor framework.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems into streamlined solutions.
• Experience working in a startup with fewer than 50 employees.
