Role Overview:
As a Staff DevOps Engineer at Figure Technology Solutions, you will architect, implement, and expand cloud infrastructure and engineer-centric platform tools. We seek a self-driven, innovative team member to contribute to our direct-to-consumer products reshaping the financial services landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance engineer experience by implementing new platform features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to optimize processes.
- Spearhead innovative technical solutions following iterative principles.
- Lead cross-team projects and drive problem-solving using technical expertise.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/development in an agile environment.
- Strong grasp of DevOps best practices and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in guiding projects from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with cloud computing providers like GCP or AWS.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators, and modern API Gateways.
- Previous experience with Go programming for internal tool development.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms like Github Actions and ArgoCD.
- Ability to maintain high availability in production web environments.
- Team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing positively.

Salaried individuals in CO, NY, CA, and WA can expect a range of $138,160 - $172,700/year plus bonuses and Equity, subject to variation based on experience and location.
