About the Role
We're seeking a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to contribute to and enhance our web platform, data tools, and user experiences. This position involves collaborating across the entire technology stack, shaping features, enhancing performance, and tackling intricate challenges at the crossroads of content, analytics, and cryptocurrency data. Utilization of modern AI tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor is encouraged to facilitate development acceleration and decrease boilerplate tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain essential features for both frontend and backend services
- Implement AI tools for streamlined code generation and debugging
- Collaborate with design, editorial, research, and engineering teams to realize product experiences
- Integrate web analytics, performance monitoring, and logging for optimization purposes
- Manage systems related to membership, payments, and content access controls
- Contribute to defining architectural direction, frontend, and backend best practices
- Engage in sprint planning, code reviews, pair programming sessions, and CI/CD enhancements
Requirements
- 6–8 years of full-stack engineering experience with proficiency in both frontend and backend development
- Expertise in frontend technologies like Vue, Nuxt, Vuex, TailwindCSS, and responsive design
- Strong backend skills using technologies such as Node.js, Laravel, Postgres, GraphQL, and Redis/memcached
- Proficient in Git/GitHub workflows and remote collaborative coding
- Familiarity with Unix command line, DevOps tools like Docker and Vagrant
- Understanding of web analytics, performance tools, and modern payment systems
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of crypto, experience with BI tools, enthusiasm for finance and crypto culture
