About the Role As part of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing the technical aspects of our web3 marketplace. This involves building automation capabilities, optimizing review efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards. With your leadership experience, you will contribute to planning work routes, improving collaboration, and enhancing efficiency. What You'll Do
- Develop robust backend systems for our OKX marketplace, ensuring quality and scalability
- Guide products from designs to live deployments
- Scale up the NFT marketplace across various blockchains and core protocols
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems
- Leadership skills and drive to lead the development of a new platform
- Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code
- Potential for growth into a leadership position as the team expands
- Strong fluency in Java
- Passion or interest in decentralized technologies
- Understanding of blockchain applications and dApps
Nice to Have
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
- Previous experience with GRC tooling and/or implementation
- Familiarity with crypto platforms
