Key Responsibilities:
The Staff Software Engineer role at Circle involves enhancing the company's internal blockchain systems infrastructure to facilitate global tokenization. Additional Benefits:
This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. Compensation packages at Circle are thoughtfully designed considering factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs. Base pay range for this role is $172,500 to $227,500 with an annual bonus target of 15%. Additional benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
