You will be an integral part of the dynamic Ledger Blockchain Integration Team. Currently, Ledger Live boasts leading Blockchain integration coverage globally, a testament to the team's hard work. However, we aspire to push the boundaries even further.
As a Senior Engineer on the Coin Integration Team at Ledger, you will be responsible for integrating diverse blockchains into Ledger's ecosystem efficiently to ensure seamless functionality with our hardware and software solutions. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency and a profound understanding of blockchain technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on integrating a variety of blockchain technologies into Ledger's ecosystem to ensure compatibility with our devices – covering EVM, BTC, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, among others.
- Devise and implement strategies for blockchain integration that align with organizational objectives and user requirements.
- Work closely with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions.
- Address complex blockchain integration challenges by applying innovative approaches and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and share knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning and growth.
- Implement agile best practices tailored for blockchain integration, promoting adaptability and responsiveness to change.
- Actively participate in regular agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of feedback and innovation, experimenting with new integration techniques to enhance processes continuously.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React with extensive coding experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working within agile project teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities focused on blockchain integrations and product outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to excel in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous successful involvement in blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
- Familiarity with hardware wallet technology or similar security-focused applications.
- In-depth understanding of multiple blockchain architectures, such as EVM, Cosmos, and Polkadot.
