About the Team
The DEX-Bridge team at our organization focuses on creating a cross-chain transaction aggregator, DEX-Bridge, to streamline asset interoperability across various blockchains. By leveraging advanced encryption technologies and proprietary algorithms, we facilitate secure and cost-effective cross-chain transfers, enabling users to exchange assets seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize cross-chain Bridge Aggregator solutions, enhancing performance and addressing technical challenges.
- Lead project R&D efforts, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery with an emphasis on quality.
- Foster communication and collaboration across teams, maintain code quality standards, and enhance team efficiency.
- Identify and nurture technical talent within the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields with over five years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Java, strong understanding of JVM optimization, and expertise in IO, multithreading, and concurrency frameworks.
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, familiarity with middleware such as cache and message queue.
- Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and ERC standards, with hands-on experience in decentralized applications.
- Familiarity with decentralized exchanges and cross-chain bridges, with preference given to those knowledgeable in platforms like Uniswap and 1inch.
- Strong logical thinking, quick learner, good communicator, and able to work well under pressure.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred for effective stakeholder communication across regions.
