RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the technical strategy for our Kotlin Multiplatform frontend foundation.
- Collaborate with web, iOS, and Android teams to enhance Kotlin Multiplatform integration touchpoints.
- Enhance our existing architecture to enable the delivery of a highly responsive trading system for users.
- Champion engineering best practices within Kotlin and beyond.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance product development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in technical leadership, managing large teams of engineers (10+).
- Demonstrated success in executing complex frontend platform initiatives, e.g., technology stack transitions or architectural overhauls.
- Track record of mentoring engineers of varying experience levels.
- Solid expertise in Kotlin and Gradle (prior Kotlin Multiplatform exposure desirable).
Salary range for this role is $230K to $305K USD in New York. Compensation may vary based on experience and location. Published salary figures align with transparency laws; they exclude potential variable compensation elements like annual raises, bonuses, commissions, and equity incentives.
