What You'll Be Doing
- Architect and implement front-end solutions with a keen focus on performance and scalability.
- Contribute to projects by developing reusable components, automated testing procedures, and continuous deployment strategies.
- Address technical challenges, design robust architectural solutions, and research new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Enhance page performance metrics and ensure best practices are followed for web accessibility.
- Serve as a technical leader, offering mentorship and guidance to the team, and play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Over 8 years of experience in front-end development roles.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks, including HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of front-end packaging workflows and development tools like npm, Vite/Webpack, and Git.
- Expertise in cross-browser development and resolving compatibility issues.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts effectively.
- Extensive experience in optimizing web performance.

- Exposure to multilanguage support (i18n) and web accessibility standards (WCAG AAA compliance).

Salary Details
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $280,000. Additional performance bonuses and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
