• Profound passion for the digital assets industry, solid grounding in the industry landscape, and comprehension of blockchain setup and operations within the ecosystem (e.g., L1, L2, MEV, etc.)
• Previous exposure to the field (preferably 3+ years) be it as a trader, consultant, investment banker, industry expert, product manager, or blockchain developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive Deep into Blockchain Infrastructure: Become an expert at Carousel in blockchain infrastructure and partake in managing a proprietary trading portfolio concentrated on blockchain infrastructure.
• Forge Deep Ecosystem Relations: Establish extensive network ties with all digital asset stakeholders, from L1, L2, to MEV communities, custodians, financial entities, DeFi protocols, and more.
• Build a Blockchain-Driven Operation: Develop and expand a blockchain infrastructure-focused business equipped with a broad product suite ranging from staking services to oracle data services, honed in refining and advancing processes.
• Innovate Financial Products: Craft financial instruments for blockchain infrastructure services and engage in tactical "special situations" at Carousel across derivatives, credit, etc.
• Support End-to-End Deal Flow: Assist in all deal flow phases - from modeling, structuring, and risk assessment to validation and execution concerning products, tokens, and diverse market structures in the cryptocurrency domain.
• Collaborate for Innovation: Work closely with Galaxy Ventures on fresh investment projects and align with the Distribution and Trading teams to deliver products to Carousel’s institutional clients.
• Engage in Business Development: Partner with traditional financial organizations to formulate products meeting susceptibilities, safety, and regulatory criteria, managing staking-anchored product progression across internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Play an integral role in advancing the Company's business by cross-promoting Carousel's offerings to various crypto ventures, supporting Carousel's comprehensive partnership strategy.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or Investment Banking/Capital Markets with a minimum of 1 year immersed in the digital assets sector.
• Efficient in fast-paced environments, able to multitask and deliver against tight deadlines.
• A self-motivated individual eager to refine processes and expand Carousel's global presence.
• Agile team player, adept at global collaboration, with superb communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Profound interest and passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with the blockchain development lifecycle

Extra Merits:

• Established connections within the Cryptocurrency Sphere.
• Competent in working with Blockchain Data utilizing various databases like Dune, Coin Metrics, Blockchain explorers, etc.
• Technical Proficiency: Python, SQL
