Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and experience working in a crypto business (VASP/regulated environment).
Experience in payments, electronic money, or financial services/crypto business operations. Risk and compliance experience in the financial/crypto industry is highly valued.
Proven track record as a head of operations or operations manager.
Demonstrated ability to “get the job done.”
Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output professional environment.
Ability to work effectively with limited resources. Strong skills in coordinating and uniting teams, while also working independently without a large supporting team.
