Key Responsibilities
Heading project management endeavors at the country and regional levels across Africa, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful implementation of priorities, alongside providing hands-on support to local teams for seamless operations and issue resolution.
Spearheading initiatives spanning multiple markets, like regulatory engagements, banking network expansion, and licensing activities, by fostering collaboration and synchronization among country, regional, and global teams to achieve desired results.
Managing special projects and task forces assigned by Africa leadership, including strategic interventions, by formulating plans, overseeing execution, and delivering desired outcomes.
Cultivating a profound comprehension of the competitive landscape in Africa encompassing exchanges, fintechs, regulators, and market constructs, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations for regional and country leaders.
Collaborating with Analytics, Finance, and Country teams to delineate, monitor, and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), proactively recognizing risks and opportunities with clear insights.
Cultivating and nurturing trust-based relationships with country General Managers, global function heads, regulatory bodies, and external associates; serving as the representative for the Africa team in cross-functional platforms.
Requirements
Possession of 8-10 years of progressive experience in startup operations, fintech, or financial institutions, with a preference towards crypto familiarity.
Demonstrated aptitude to work independently, solving complex problems and delivering structured outcomes sans heavy oversight.
Proven track record in orchestrating complex projects across diverse geographies and stakeholders.
Prior experience in collaborating with external partners and regulatory authorities is advantageous.
Strong analytical acumen, adept in handling data, OKRs, and translating numerical data into comprehensive narratives.

We’re looking for a Blockchain Engineer to explore and build new possibilities around RGB++, CKB, and Bitcoin.
RGB++ is built around the UTXO model, so this role is particularly suited to engineers who understand Bitcoin, UTXO-based systems, or similar protocol-level architectures and are interested in exploring what new ideas can be built from that foundation.

What We're Looking For
Solid blockchain fundamentals and experience working beyond application-level development.

Operations Assistant
We're looking for an Operations Assistant to work closely with our VP of Operations and help keep the company organized and running smoothly.
