Strategy Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and take on the role of Strategy Director. This position will be crucial in shaping our strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant work experience, a strong passion for the crypto industry, and exceptional leadership skills. While the role is based in Hong Kong, we welcome applications from candidates willing to work within Hong Kong’s timezone.

Responsibilities:

• Development of strategic plans grounded in data and in line with the company's objectives in both the crypto and fintech industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic projects effectively.
• Provide recommendations on product pricing, analyzing profitability and adjusting strategies when needed.
• Conduct data analysis on users and products, identify trends, gaps, and suggest enhancements.
• Support strategic partnerships and investments when necessary.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a "founder's mentality."

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Based in Hong Kong or able to work according to Hong Kong's time zone (GMT+8).
• Keen interest in blockchain and the crypto industry, with expertise in DeFi considered advantageous.
• Preferably 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, with team management background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Additional knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is a bonus.
