Role Overview
We are in need of a Strategy Director to join our team and take on a vital role in driving key strategic decisions for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in strategy consulting, demonstrate a strong interest in the crypto space, and exhibit exceptional leadership skills. This position is located in Hong Kong, although applicants from other regions who can align with Hong Kong working hours are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven strategic plans that align with the company's objectives within various sectors of the crypto and fintech industries.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on product pricing, evaluate P&L performance, and adjust pricing strategies as necessary for sustainable growth.
- Conduct thorough data analysis on users and products, identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support strategic partnerships and investment activities as required.
- Supervise and mentor junior members within the strategy team.
- Exemplify a strong sense of ownership and a "founder's mentality".
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
- Reside in Hong Kong or capable of accommodating Hong Kong working hours.
- Deep interest in the blockchain and crypto industry, with a solid grasp of DeFi concepts considered advantageous.
- Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields such as management consulting and team management are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- (Optional) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis purposes.
