Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategy Director at our company. In this position, you will be instrumental in guiding our strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting, demonstrate a strong interest in the crypto industry, and exhibit effective leadership skills. This position is based in Hong Kong, though we welcome candidates from other locations who can adjust to Hong Kong working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Create data-driven strategic plans in alignment with the company's objectives within various sectors of the crypto and fintech industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on product pricing, oversee the profit and loss statement, and make adjustments to the pricing strategy when necessary for sustainable growth.
- Conduct data analysis on user behavior and products, identify trends or areas for improvement, and offer strategic guidance.
- Support strategic partnerships and investment activities when required.
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the strategy team.
- Set a positive example with strong ownership and a founder's mentality.
Required qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Resident in Hong Kong or able to work according to Hong Kong time zone (GMT+8).
- Deep interest in blockchain and crypto industries; familiarity with DeFi is advantageous.
- Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields, such as management consulting, and experience in team management are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Tableau, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis is a bonus.
