We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to aid in our international expansion campaign, focusing primarily on recruiting for technical roles.

Position Details:

• Full-time engagement via a 6-month fixed-term contract. • Remote working arrangement for individuals in APAC time zones. • Opportunity for contract extension, though not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for vacant positions by tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, managing the hiring process, negotiating offers, and so on. • Ensure a superior candidate journey, covering initial introduction to onboarding. • Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continually. • Engage in HR projects and initiatives. • Maintain structured and updated recruitment databases. • Sustain a pool of high-quality talent consistently through various techniques like networking, engaging with universities, attending job fairs, and fostering relationships with potential candidates.

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a top-tier Internet firm or agencies. • Previous talent acquisition experience in Web3/Crypto businesses is beneficial. • Proficiency in English for effective coordination with overseas partners. Additional language skills are advantageous. • Familiarity with modern sourcing and selection methods. • Market mapping expertise, particularly in the global or Asian markets. • Proven success in meeting ambitious hiring targets. • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently. • Positive perspective towards cryptocurrency.
