As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the productivity, happiness, and growth of the team. You will work with the technical lead to set and oversee team goals and contribute to the infrastructure strategy. Experience with decentralized systems, blockchain, Golang, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes is expected for this role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set clear team objectives and ensure everyone understands and embraces them
  • Provide leadership, management, and technical vision for the software engineering team
  • Mentor and support engineers in their growth and development, providing timely feedback and growth plans
  • Remove obstacles and blockers to allow the team to perform at their best

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in startups, with a proven track record of successful projects
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing SWE/SRE teams and a total of 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Ability to mentor both junior and senior engineers
  • Experience with modern infrastructure and previous work as an SWE/SRE engineer
  • Experience managing remote teams and coordinating across time zones
  • Strong passion for blockchain, MachineFi, and the future of Web3

Job Overview:

The Hardware Repair Technician plays a vital role in the bitcoin mining activities of CleanSpark. They are responsible for diagnosing and providing maintenance services for bitcoin mining machines.

This position is primarily situated at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Carry out repairs on bitcoin mining equipment such as control boards, hash cards, and conduct chip level repairs.

Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.

Assist in the integration of new equipment and systems into facility infrastructure.

Certification in Bitman repair is a plus.
