Overview
Our client is an esteemed company specialized in facilitating the adoption of AI technology within enterprises, aiding in creating more efficient workflows and boosting revenue. Their operations are expanding from the US to Asia, and they are currently seeking a proficient Technical PM to join their team in Taiwan. In this role, you will spearhead enterprise deployments, collaborating closely with engineers to transform intricate AI workflows into scalable solutions. As a pivotal figure in engagement leadership, you will drive tangible outcomes in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise delivery from initiation to realization of value, leading executive steering committees and ensuring commitments are met flawlessly.
- Translate business workflows into technical requirements, partnering with the engineering team to align needs with AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Navigate complex stakeholders within enterprises, fostering effective partnerships across various departments like IT, InfoSec, legal, and compliance while upholding agility and speed akin to a startup.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams like Product, Design, AI Engineering, and Architecture to ensure alignment on scope, responsibilities, and a synchronized delivery schedule.
- Drive outcomes and continuous learning by identifying best practices, providing guidance to customers, and channeling insights into platform enhancements.
- Oversee production launch, including integration, UAT, cutover, and performance monitoring post-launch to guarantee effective performance, adoption, and lasting business impact.
Requirements
- Ideally hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems; a business degree is acceptable if accompanied by demonstrated technical proficiency.
- Possess over 5 years of experience in delivery leadership in technical account management, implementation leadership, or technical consulting across both large enterprises and agile startups.
- Proficient in AI architecture concepts, including generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, ingestion pipelines, and related components, with an ability to collaborate with senior engineering teams effectively.
- Proven track record in managing and expanding outcomes within complex, multi-party enterprise rollouts, particularly in regulated or high-complexity sectors.
- Demonstrated capability to operate with speed, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous situations and adapting promptly.
- Experience leading critical programs and successfully transitioning software or AI solutions into production environments (not limited to POC).
- Strong communication skills at an executive level, exhibiting confidence in challenging requests incompatible with scalable platform principles.
