Overview
Our client, a prominent AI adoption organization, is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team in Taiwan. In this role, you will lead enterprise deployments by collaborating closely with engineers to convert complex AI workflows into scalable solutions. This position entails actively engaging in project leadership and delivering measurable outcomes in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise delivery from start to finish, ensuring commitments are met to a high standard.
- Translate business workflows into technical requirements and collaborate with the engineering team to align needs with AI capabilities.
- Foster productive relationships with various enterprise stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, legal, and compliance departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution by working closely with Product, Design, AI Engineering, and Architecture teams to synchronize scope and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate product learning and drive outcomes by identifying best practices and influencing the platform roadmap based on actionable insights.
- Oversee production launch activities and monitor performance to ensure viability, adoption, and lasting business impact.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems; a Business degree is acceptable with proven technical expertise.
- Possess over 5 years of delivery leadership experience in technical account management, implementation leadership, or technical consulting within enterprise and startup settings.
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI architecture, including generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, ingestion pipelines, and related components, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise rollouts in regulated or high-complexity sectors while driving expansion and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to execute swiftly, bring clarity to ambiguous scenarios, and adapt promptly to changing circumstances.
- Experience leading critical programs and transitioning software or AI solutions into production, not limited to proof of concept stages.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executives and assertively address requests that deviate from scalable platform principles.
