We are in search of an innovative and hands-on technical leader to take charge of designing and delivering various crypto-related products. This distinctive opportunity involves spearheading global greenfield projects that will have a significant impact on millions of daily users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fintech/payment institution systems, encompassing Real-Time Payments (RTP), ledger systems, and core payment processes.
• Guide technical decisions concerning resilience, security, and scalability.
• Create secure payment processes with robust idempotency and failure management.
• Ensure coherence across orchestration, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Enhance observability, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or possess equivalent industry expertise.
• Demonstrate experience in building or integrating real-time payment systems (e.g., PIX) from inception to implementation within banking, fintech, payment institutions, or payment processing sectors.
• Accumulate 6–8 years of experience throughout the software development lifecycle, with exposure to technical leadership or mentoring. Proficient in system architecture with a solid grasp of business context and infrastructure.
• Aptitude to code in Java (Spring Boot), review code, and resolve production issues proficiently.
• Have a concrete understanding of distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and critical payment processes.
• Show familiarity with regulated or mission-critical financial settings.
• Possess professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
