Description
Responsibilities:
- This role involves being part of a customer support team that operates 24x6 on a rotational shift basis, covering support channels such as Forums, Telegram groups, and Discord.
- Providing hands-on technical support by analyzing issues and offering solutions and suggestions.
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience within specified SLAs.
- Identifying and addressing customer needs and helping them overcome unique challenges and achieve their goals.
- Soliciting product feedback, monitoring usage/performance metrics, and contributing to the product roadmap.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Collaborating with internal teams to influence long-term solutions and product development strategies.
- Adapting to a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
Requirements:
- Must be located in the EU time zone.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support role.
- Possession of a technical degree.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Capable of comprehending and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management.
- Keen interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
- Mandatory experience with blockchain/web3 technology.
