Responsibilities

  • Optimize development and operational workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze key metrics like Feature Lead Time and Resource Utilization to drive continual improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to streamline communication and project execution.
  • Lead incident response processes, coordinate cross-functional teams during outages, conduct postmortem analyses, and drive continuous enhancements to prevent future issues.
