Overview
Our client, an expanding international technology company, creates large-scale SaaS platforms serving millions of users in the APAC region. They are in search of a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in product development and experience in growing consumer applications. This key position involves leading strategic planning and execution to translate product vision into quantifiable growth through rapid experimentation. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, user research, and data to prioritize impactful initiatives that enhance conversion rates, user retention, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the co-CEO and UX Design Manager to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Utilize market and user insights, gained through research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation, to drive product strategy and recommendations.
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities by considering customer value, business outcomes, engineering requirements, and operational complexity.
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery across various departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations, from planning to launch.
- Execute disciplined project management practices such as backlog prioritization, release planning, and Scrum ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery and mitigate risks.
- Monitor product performance and growth, analyze user journeys, track key metrics, collaborate with Marketing on SEO and CRM strategies, and establish growth KPIs to steer decision-making based on data.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in technical product/program leadership roles focusing on cross-functional project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling consumer digital products for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Proven ability to progress new products from concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to iterative releases, working closely with Engineering on scoping, feasibility, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a growth-oriented mindset, capable of interpreting product metrics, identifying opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle, and translating insights into actionable priorities.
- Preferably experienced in areas such as partner integrations, authentication and identity systems, payments processing, consumer platforms, and growth strategies through experimentation and A/B testing.
