Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage intricate and extensive cross-team, cross-functional technology projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to estimate workloads, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure successful project outcomes by coordinating activities from design through implementation.
• Monitor progress, resolve dependencies, analyze risks, and report status updates to management and project stakeholders regularly.
• Develop and track metrics to measure progress towards project goals and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries to maintain a balance between technical and business priorities.
• Facilitate documentation maintenance with developers for various purposes such as production support playbooks and API documentation.
• Enhance deployment workflows and promote knowledge sharing to empower the team.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in project and/or program management within a software applications environment.
• Thorough understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile methodologies, and experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different business units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align efforts of diverse groups towards a common objective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with mentoring skills considered a bonus.
• Proficient in leading meetings, summarizing documentation, establishing processes, and driving automation.
• Skilled in knowledge discovery and guiding teams in transforming information for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is advantageous.
• Experienced in using JIRA/Confluence.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, ACP.
