Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of cryptocurrency and blockchain markets, including trends, trading volumes, and token performance.
  • Monitor tokens and NFTs through on-chain data analysis tools like Dune dashboard.
  • Produce comprehensive research reports on market conditions, web 3 trends, and related factors.
  • Develop and implement data pipelines, analysis tools, and models to support tokenomics research and strategy.
  • Assist in standardizing best practices and optimizing internal processes for scalability.
  • Model token allocation, distribution, vesting schedules, supply and demand, and revenue calculations.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify key stakeholders and analyze token economies for effective utility, governance, and security models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of token economies.
  • Design and monitor metrics and dashboards to support ongoing sustainability and growth.
  • Identify potential partnerships within the company's ecosystem and facilitate introductions.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in token economies through continuous research.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with extracting and analyzing on-chain data, as well as producing analytical dashboards.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain markets, and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in fields related to computer science, statistics, economics, or finance.
  • Experience in dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
  • Advanced quantitative or research background like a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus.
  • Deep interest and knowledge in Web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, and DAOs.
  • Experience in designing token economies or writing litepapers/whitepapers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in complex spreadsheet modeling and simulations.
