Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise trade operations for the Digital Asset team, overseeing daily trade reconciliation and P&L tracking.
  • Manage trade processing and associated documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal trading teams and external partners for efficient execution of trade transactions.
  • Optimize trade processes by monitoring open trades.
  • Resolve trade-related discrepancies and issues promptly.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Web3 exchange platforms, decentralized exchanges, and NFT marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms and methods in Web3, including various L1 chains, bridging, and cross-chain trading.
  • Strong understanding of trade operations and trading risk management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics would be advantageous.
