Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise trade operations for the Digital Asset team, overseeing daily trade reconciliation and P&L tracking.
- Manage trade processing and associated documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal trading teams and external partners for efficient execution of trade transactions.
- Optimize trade processes by monitoring open trades.
- Resolve trade-related discrepancies and issues promptly.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or a related field.
- Familiarity with Web3 exchange platforms, decentralized exchanges, and NFT marketplaces.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and methods in Web3, including various L1 chains, bridging, and cross-chain trading.
- Strong understanding of trade operations and trading risk management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics would be advantageous.
