Job Responsibilities
- Gain a holistic understanding of our financial products, trading systems, and hedging approaches.
- Manage market alerts, execute OTC trades, and process blockchain transactions on behalf of our company.
- Conduct daily trade settlements and reconciliations, and oversee corporate actions.
- Monitor trading and hedging activities to maintain appropriate risk parameters and ensure trading integrity.
- Document processes, enhance workflows, and propose system enhancements proactively.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in trading operations or a related field, with expertise in financial markets, particularly equities or cryptocurrencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues or escalate them accordingly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel and familiarity with SQL or database management. Experience with platforms like Bloomberg or Refinitiv (Reuters) is a plus.
- Excellent team player with keen attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and effective communication abilities in English.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and a preparedness to work in shifts to ensure operational continuity.
