This is an exceptional chance to become part of our expanding Trading Operations team in Tokyo. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client and trading operations, supporting our commitment to providing top-tier service and operational efficiency. This role includes weekend coverage.
Client Operations
- Provide seamless operational support to clients and internal teams.
- Supervise the full pre- and post-trade settlement process for OTC trades.
- Promptly address and manage client queries, liaising with internal teams as necessary.
- Identify and rectify system errors to maintain operational accuracy.
- Work closely with the global B2C2 team to ensure alignment.
Treasury Management
- Manage inventory to facilitate OTC and exchange trading activities.
- Monitor and mitigate risk, including FX positions.
- Actively manage the balance sheet to uphold operational efficiency.
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
