Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong analytical and technical abilities to lead the enhancement of our trading infrastructure. This role encompasses the responsibilities of a Trading Operations Specialist, Risk Manager, and AI-focused Developer.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operational tasks, manage risk monitoring, and drive the digital transformation of these functions. Using Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and advanced scripting, you will automate manual processes, enhance risk modeling, and create real-time P&L visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Trading Operations and P&L Analysis with AI
- Manage trade lifecycle across various asset classes.
- Utilize Python (ML) and MLOps tools to automate operations and reconciliations.
- Conduct P&L attribution analysis and apply AI/ML frameworks for anomaly detection and automated commentary generation.
- Ensure data integrity across trading systems and finance ledgers.
- Risk Monitoring & Control
- Develop real-time AI-driven risk models using machine learning to anticipate market volatility.
- Create and maintain risk reporting dashboards for the trading desk.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in front-office operations, quant development, or a mix of risk management and systems architecture in a financial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python (AI/ML) and strong SQL abilities; experience with agentic AI workflows a plus.
- Financial Knowledge: Understanding of P&L attribution, financial controls, market risk indicators, and financial products.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach operations with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Capacity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with extended hours to meet global trading demands.
- Agility: Willingness to participate in weekend rotations and on-call schedules for live production issue resolution.
