The Quant Trading team operates within the realm of trading and managing risks associated with varying crypto products, encompassing spots and derivatives. Their focus lies in devising and executing trading strategies within demanding and intricate trading landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Continuous monitoring of real-time risk, P&L, funding, and system health status.
- Oversight of trading hedging, reporting, and parameter update operations.
- Conducting post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algorithm performance.
- Enhancing workflow optimization and operation efficiency.
- Collaborating with quant traders, developers, and risk managers to refine pricing, execution, and booking logic.
Requirements:
- Holds a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from distinguished academic institutions globally.
- Possesses a minimum of 1-year experience in trading.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Python with a drive to advance technical expertise.
- Exhibits robust analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of performing efficiently under high-pressure conditions.
