The team responsible for Quant Trading focuses on trading and risk management across various crypto products such as spots and derivatives. They are tasked with developing and executing trading strategies in dynamic and intricate trading environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time risk, P&L, funding, and system health status.
- Handle trading hedging, reporting, and parameter update operations.
- Conduct post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance.
- Optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with quant traders, developers, and risk managers to enhance pricing, execution, and booking logic.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from reputable global universities.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in trading.
- Proficiency in Python with an eagerness to enhance technical skills.
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently work under high pressure scenarios.
