We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including online and offline campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO, and more.
Required Skills:

Design, develop, and audit secure, gas-optimized smart contracts in Solidity.
Integrate with DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending, derivatives, oracles).
Collaborate with frontend teams to implement contract functionality.
Write comprehensive unit/integration tests (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry).
Research emerging EVM standards, L2 solutions, and security practices.
Participate in code reviews and protocol architecture discussions.
⭐ Requirements
6+ months of hands-on Solidity development experience.
Portfolio of deployed/maintained smart contracts (GitHub links required).
Deep understanding of:
EVM architecture & gas optimization
Security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, oracle exploits, etc.)
DeFi mechanics (AMMs, liquidations, staking)
Proficiency with: Hardhat/Foundry, Ethers.js, Git.
Fluency in English (written/spoken).
Passion for blockchain’s potential.

Experience with MEV strategies, L2s (Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync), or cross-chain bridges.
Knowledge of Python, Rust, or Go.
Background in math/finance/trading.
