Our client is seeking a skilled individual to contribute to a dynamic team working on a cutting-edge AI-driven cryptocurrency trading platform. This platform operates 24/7, handling complex market analysis and trade execution tasks efficiently. It is designed with a user-friendly interface that caters to traders of all levels of expertise, combining customized dashboards and mobile compatibility for seamless trading experiences on various devices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance various modules of the trading system, such as order book management, quote engines, risk controls, and inventory management.
- Establish and maintain connections with major cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, and Kraken.
- Focus on optimizing system performance for low latency and high throughput to meet demanding trading requirements.
- Collaborate with traders, strategists, and fellow developers to enhance system features and monitoring tools continuously.
- Ensure system robustness through effective architectural planning and disaster recovery strategies.
- Promptly address and resolve any production issues that may arise to maintain system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of development experience, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency or financial trading systems.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) and hands-on experience with high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
- Mandatory understanding of trading concepts, including order books, spreads, inventory controls, hedging, and perpetual futures.
- Proficient in managing WebSocket and REST APIs, with experience in exchange integrations.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques like lock-free data structures, coroutines, and memory management.
- Prior experience supporting systems in a 24/7 production environment and managing incidents effectively.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a required skill for this role.
