Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate settlement and reconciliation of payments.
• Communicate regularly with banks regarding day-to-day operational concerns and tasks.
• Develop short-term cash forecasts and manage daily cash management procedures within the Group’s liquidity frameworks.
• Assist in managing the Group's intercompany loans/intercompany settlements, including accrued interest.
• Handle the setup of new bank accounts, administration of online banking systems, and coordination of bank signatories.
• Maintain bank mandates and monitor covenants consistently.
• Aid in month-end closing activities and reporting procedures.
• Provide treasury support to internal stakeholders in a professional and comprehensive manner.
• Collaborate with Treasury Managers on the implementation of Accounting and Treasury Management Systems as well as other payment products.
• Ensure the accurate and timely input of transactional data within the Accounting and Treasury Management System.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in Treasury Liquidity Management within a Corporate or Financial Institution.
• Knowledge of wire and payment processing, along with cash/liquidity management practices.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced multicultural fintech environment.
• Proficiency in Treasury Management System (TMS), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and other payment products is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective collaboration with internal team members and external clients.
• Understanding of Crypto/Blockchain is considered a beneficial asset.
• Position is located in Jakarta.
