Responsibilities
- Responsible for compiling and assessing daily treasury reports related to digital asset holdings, liquidity statuses, and capital movements
- Oversight and management of cryptocurrency liquidity across various platforms including exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols
- Monitoring and evaluating investment portfolio performance, particularly focusing on DeFi staking and Liquidity Pool risk-reward dynamics
- Assisting in transaction recording and maintaining balance sheet accuracy
- Aid in liquidity projections and effective capital distribution to optimize funding tactics
- Conduct transaction reconciliation to ensure precision among various platforms and internal records
- Assistance in refining and improving operational workflows for efficiency
- Collaborating closely with both internal and external teams to handle treasury operations
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech; recent graduates with strong analytical abilities will be considered
- Proficient in financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis using Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with crypto exchange functions, liquidity risk management, or stablecoin treasury processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to analyze financial and blockchain transaction data effectively
- Sound understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and staking mechanisms
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Python or SQL is preferred, experience in automation, data analytics, or blockchain monitoring tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams such as Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance
- Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency firms is beneficial
- Exposure to treasury management systems and on-chain analytics would be a plus
