Treasury Associate (Crypto)

The Finance & Accounting (F&A) team encompasses various functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives, with an emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking with diverse project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess daily treasury reports regarding digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements.
• Monitor and oversee crypto liquidity across different platforms including exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols.
• Aid in transaction booking and reconcile balance sheets.
• Assist in liquidity forecasting and capital allocation to enhance funding strategies.
• Support in improving and streamlining operational workflows.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to manage treasury processes effectively.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as delegated.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech; recent graduates with strong analytical skills are also welcome.
• Proficient in utilizing Excel and/or Google Sheets for tasks such as financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of crypto exchange operations and stablecoin treasury operations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data being a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
