• Join an organized 18-month rotational program across various functions, including Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Business Analysis, Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Support, to gain broad expertise before specializing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your daily responsibilities will vary depending on the rotation, but you can anticipate:

• Collaborating directly with clients and users to grasp their requirements, translating conversations into actionable project needs.
• Engaging with the platform by configuring, customizing, and implementing solutions for actual client projects.
• Involvement in the complete software delivery cycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Investigating issues, troubleshooting problems, and working with the team to develop effective and scalable solutions.
• Creating proof-of-concept deliverables to demonstrate project possibilities and guide clients in their decision-making.
• In technical rotations, designing, coding, and releasing new functionalities using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of financial markets in conjunction with honing your technical and consulting capabilities.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for candidates from two distinctive backgrounds — both are equally valued and follow the same training program:

• Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar), paired with a keen interest in business, finance, and client relations.
• Business or Finance background (Finance, Economics, Business, or similar), coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and its applications in financial markets.

Irrespective of your background, we seek individuals who:

• Have hands-on coding expertise and a strong desire to enhance technical skills, even if without a Computer Science degree, considering the substantial software delivery component in this role.
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convert ideas into viable solutions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Are confident, articulate communicators with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work efficiently.
• Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in the nexus between technology and finance.
• Are willing to explore and adopt new tools, platforms, and work methodologies.
• Have a strong work ethic and are prepared to go the extra mile when necessary.

The position offers a compensation package ranging from £26,500 - £26,500 annually, along with a host of benefits including an annual bonus scheme, 25 days of annual leave, Aviva healthcare benefits, equity options, and provisions for training and well-being.
