Customer Support Lead (100% Remote)
As the Customer Support Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer support team, ensuring top-tier service for our users. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and improve the overall customer experience for our growing crypto community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of customer support agents, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Develop and implement support processes and best practices for handling user inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and resolve recurring issues.
Analyze support metrics to optimize team performance and enhance user satisfaction.

Participate in the creation of procurement policies, negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, and reduce unnecessary expenditures or underutilized resources.
