About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Lead to address intricate design challenges within the web3 sphere and drive the adoption of blockchain technologies on a broader scale. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to excel in the crypto industry, particularly in Chain Abstraction, a promising paradigm. The UX Lead will collaborate closely with ecosystem partners, engineers, product managers, business development experts, and senior leadership to shape the strategy that will establish Frictionless Labs as a top choice for both developers and end-users. Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision for Web3 UX, strategizing the user experience in the web3 environment.
• Lead the UX/UI design process, from research and prototyping to implementation, ensuring alignment with requirements and user needs.
• Cultivate a user-centric design culture by sharing best practices, conducting user research, and influencing product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user expectations, and technical constraints.
• Create user personas, flows, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on user feedback.
• Craft visually appealing designs, including graphics and interactive elements, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
• Work closely with engineers to implement designs effectively, address UX issues, and enhance user interaction.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the web3 space, bringing new ideas and insights to the table.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX and design experience, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, particularly the technology underpinning the chain abstraction stack.
• Previous experience in web3 or blockchain-related projects, with a strong opinion on opportunities to enhance web3 UX.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations, deliver creative solutions, and drive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in delivering designs, mockups, and prototypes to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of focusing on business value, regardless of differing opinions.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven focus.
• Experience in leading with influence, promoting best practices, and adding value to users.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for interacting with various stakeholders.
