About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define the vision for Web3 UX, strategizing the user experience in the web3 environment.
- Lead the UX/UI design process, from research and prototyping to implementation, ensuring alignment with requirements and user needs.
- Cultivate a user-centric design culture by sharing best practices, conducting user research, and influencing product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user expectations, and technical constraints.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of UX and design experience, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your work.
