About the Opportunity
The Global Research team at our organization comprises 8 researchers distributed worldwide, driving customer-centricity and innovation by integrating customer insights into every phase of product development. Working in an agile and embedded model, we collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identifying research opportunities in collaboration with product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Establishing research panels and perpetuating continuous user feedback loops.
- Creating research roadmaps and obtaining stakeholder buy-in on project scope and timelines.
- Leading and executing a variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects from inception to reporting.
- Communicating research findings effectively to teams to illuminate user needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience leading comprehensive research studies that have influenced product and design decisions.
- Proficiency in core qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, complemented by the ability to integrate insights from different data sources.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to disseminate user research within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy within a fast-paced environment.
- Additional experience may qualify for the Senior UX Researcher position.
- Prior exposure to collaboration with product teams.
