Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of various projects, including feature films, episodic series, and commercial content.
- Utilize Flow Production Tracking Software to maintain project timelines and efficiently handle tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in both US and UK locations.
- Organize and facilitate review sessions with vendors and creative teams.
- Administer daily correspondence with vendors and ensure information dissemination.
- Liaise between internal teams and vendors to relay information promptly.
- Assist in scheduling tasks and overseeing material delivery alongside Producer/VFX Supervisors/IO teams.
- Maintain and reconcile internal tracking spreadsheets and Flow project updates.
- Handle the organization of internal and external meetings, coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Monitor and manage technical support tickets, invoices, and payment statuses.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of live-action VFXworkflow, processes, and pipelines.
- Proficiency in tools such as Flow, RV, MediaShuttle, Excel, Google Suite, Zoom, and Jira.
- Previous experience in film production, visual effects, editorial, or IO.
- Familiarity with Davinci Resolve and basic editorial knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional support under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with common file formats and resolutions; knowledge of multiple spoken languages is a plus.
Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
