VFX Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of various projects, including feature films, episodic series, and commercial content.
• Utilize Flow Production Tracking Software to maintain project timelines and efficiently handle tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in both US and UK locations.
• Organize and facilitate review sessions with vendors and creative teams.
• Administer daily correspondence with vendors and ensure information dissemination.
• Liaise between internal teams and vendors to relay information promptly.
• Assist in scheduling tasks and overseeing material delivery alongside Producer/VFX Supervisors/IO teams.
• Maintain and reconcile internal tracking spreadsheets and Flow project updates.
• Handle the organization of internal and external meetings, coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Monitor and manage technical support tickets, invoices, and payment statuses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of live-action VFXworkflow, processes, and pipelines.
• Proficiency in tools such as Flow, RV, MediaShuttle, Excel, Google Suite, Zoom, and Jira.
• Previous experience in film production, visual effects, editorial, or IO.
• Familiarity with Davinci Resolve and basic editorial knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to provide exceptional support under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with common file formats and resolutions; knowledge of multiple spoken languages is a plus.

Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
