VIP & Institutional Growth Marketing Associate (6 month contract)

Our VIP and Institutional arm cater to VIP clients and institutions, collaborating with various market players including individual traders, trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, corporations, and fintech firms.

Responsibilities

• Enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and upgrade VIP tiers through content marketing initiatives
• Develop engaging content like newsletters and community posts
• Drive user growth through new onboarding and product strategies
• Assist in organizing and executing online and offline marketing activities and events
• Monitor and analyze the performance of VIP campaigns, providing key business insights
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors through research
• Collaborate with different teams on growth-related projects
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and events
• Handle VIP merchandise coordination

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• 1-3 years of experience in community management, user growth, or related fields
• Proficiency in cryptocurrency and community operations, including social media management and event organization
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with international partners
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Commitment to a minimum 6-month full-time contract
